  • Regular project health reporting to key stakeholders within the organization will be a critical responsibility of this role, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ensure projects achieve customer satisfaction, time-to-value realization, and internal profitability targets through meticulous tracking and management.
  • While initially focused on delivery excellence, this role will evolve to include active participation in pre-sales activities, requiring the ability to adapt and grow with the organization's needs. During project delivery you will also identify and refer opportunities for add-on product and services
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for your implementation projects.
  • Influence customer decision-making processes, guiding them towards choices that align with project success and mutual long-term benefit.
  • Contribute to developing best practices and standardization of project management processes based on your hands-on experience.

Skills you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience in technology consulting or similar client-facing roles in SaaS implementations.

  • Familiarity with Workforce Management and/or Human Capital Management domains.
  • Experience with Business Process Automation (BPA) concepts and implementation, including workflow design, process optimization, and integration of automation tools within enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide responses and/or solutions that improve all aspects of the customer experience with Shiftboard.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
