We’re looking for a seasoned Account Manager (AM) to join our growing sales team, and support our booming customer base. In this role, the AM will develop relationships with existing Shiftboard customers to increase customer satisfaction, drive expansion and retention. The AM is responsible for managing a book of accounts, and through proactive measures will renew subscriptions, forecast, and drive continued adoption of the Shiftboard platform.
Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve key metrics
Foster customer relationships to improve customer retention
Manage renewal process and negotiate contracts
Direct cross-functional support of successful platform implementation
Maintain and leverage strong product knowledge to consult with customers
Anticipate potential customer problems and actively identify solutions
